Service and staff behaviour is worst. Don’t consider this hotel for family. They don’t have any humanity. I booked room to use only for 2-3 hrs in afternoon for elder sick person to rest. I requested to allow two person to sit with sick person to take care but staff behaviour was such rude and pathetic that didn’t allow 1 additional person to site for 2-3 hours to care take sick person. We end up with not using the room at all but this is worst experience i ever faced with any hotel in india.

Pp palace hotel is strategically located in between puri jagannath temple & puri sea beach road. Also the hotel is well connected by walking distance to darshan & sea beach by 10 mins. Rooms are good & hotel lobby also clean. Staff are also good & service is good. We didn't try their restaurant food. As we tried all good branded bengali restaurants at nearby hotel puri. You'll get all good bengali restaurants.

First of all, hotel location is awesome. Then the behaviour of all the staff member is supbb. Room service is available all the time.

Location is not suitable. Car doesn't go near. Narrow road. Check out time is 7 am which is very difficult. The hotel management fixed check in and check out as per their choice unilaterally. Rude behaviour and customer unfriendly attitude. I don't recommend to anybody

Great location between the beach and the temple, neat and clean hotel, the restaurant food is very tasty and reasonably priced, all shops including the famous khaja shop are just outside the hotel, excellent and polite staff. I have decided whenever i'll visit puri, i'll stay only at this place.

Checkout policy here is insane. If we dont checkout by 7am in morning then manager is threatening for whole day charges. For extra bed, they charged us 1000, for a room of 1500/night. I wish i never made this booking

Staff response is not good at all regarding money i paid not worth location is narrow sometime four wheeler not reachable to pp palace. So we walked to 300meter distance. It is not possible at nick of the moment

Great location between the beach and the temple, neat and clean hotel, the restaurant food is very tasty and reasonably priced, all shops including the famous khaja shop are just outside the hotel, excellent and polite staff. I have decided whenever i'll visit puri, i'll stay only at this place.
